Another gripping story
Book four in the series best read in order. Final story in this set of new recruits facing their rival in order to help save their superior. Brilliant for younger readers especially boys. Action. Monsters. Fighting. Love all the beast quest set.

10yr old nephew loves this!
My 10yr old nephew has read other books in this trilogy and says they're very good, this one among his favourites. They're easy read designed for age 7yrs+, large print, some images for further attraction, and have very fun story lines that feed the imagination well. Plus the added bonus of providing days of entertainment for him.£5.41 for an Adam Blade book is very fair and in line with the price of others in this trilogy.Verdict: Recommended.

EASY TO READ
This is the fourth and final book of The New Protectors which is series 29 of Beast Quest by the collection of authors known as Adam Blade. In the beginning the Evil Wizard Malvel escaped his prison kingdom and placed a curse on Tom the Champion Beast master of Tangala. After a series of trials 4 New Protectors were named and called upon to face the 4 Beasts Malvel had called to protect the ingredients needed to cure Tom of his curse. In the first 3 books Rafe and Elenna set out to face the iron bear Kaderon, Miandra and Prince Rotu set out to face Garox the coral giant and Nolan with the aid of Queen Aroha set out to face Draka the winged serpent. Now in this final book it is Katya's turn aided by the Wizard Daltec. Katya returns to her home forest to find loggers trying to destroy it as well as the forest guardian Beast Lukor corrupted by Malvel. Can they save the forest, Lukor and Tom?This entire 4 book series has been greatly enjoyed by my 5 and 7 year old who have read them together. The books have big clear print that has been easy for them to follow. Each book has been fast paced and exciting for them to read. They totally recommend

Of Wee Beasties and Men
My child reads the 'Beast Quest' books and there are loads of them, series within series. They read this latest outing and they enjoyed it and that is the important thing. It is a series that gets fans of simple fantasy reading, they know what they will get with the book. The lettering is chunky and there are some illustrations. As a story, it is simple enough to follow, but some words will challenge a child's reading, if only to get your mouth around the various names of characters and monsters.Looking over the books, I was not inspired myself, but I am not the audience. It made less sense to me as you feel it is part of a wider world. My child has read them all out of order having read many random books from the library and it was not an issue for them. I don't think this book is great fiction, but it is a good tool for a child developing their reading level.

My kids are very interested in the storyline of this book
Both my daughter and son interesting this series of storybooks, some of them from the school library and some ordered from online, basically almost finished reading this series of storybooks. The text is large and easy to read. There are some pictures in the book that can increase the attraction of your kids and make them feel wonderful.
