Worth every penny
My husband has been having knee problems after a bad accident playing soccer. It's been years! We have tried so many things,creams,shocking,other braces that cost hundreds of dollars! We tried doing those injections using babies umbilical cord! It was a waste of $10,000! Still in debt years later and knee STILL hurts! We tried this one and its his all time favorite! He works over 16 hours a day and it giveshim relief! Waiting on his next paycheck to purchase a new one because someone stole his a few weeks ago!

BEST KNEE BRACE YET.
I am 84, retired and live in Fla and play lots of golf. Have had knee aches for many years. I have tried MANY different products over the years and have been happy with many of them. The ones I have liked the most are those with the metal support on each side of the knee like this one. It is slightly more expensive, but the fit and the way the velcro straps keeps them in place is the best one I have ever used. Have had them for over 2 months now and it really helps with the knee aches. I still ice the knee... along with many other parts of my body ( :o)) ) ...after I am done golfing.I believe you will be happy with this product if you purchase it. As always, Amazon has a great return policy if you don't. You have nothing to lose so give it a try.

Way too much fabric in the fold of the knee. Also, ordered the size that went with my measurements and should have sized down.

Effective and Comfortable
Im and older guy getting back into playing football again, and have a bum knee from an injury 15 years ago. Was looking for some affordable and comfortable hinged braces, and these check off all the boxes. They dont restrict movement like other braces, the provide great lateral impact protection, and the built in knee sleeve adds extra 360 support while also keeping the knees warm.The only potential con is that the rigid support hinges only run parallel to the leg and dont wrap around the leg. This is a plus in that the flexible back makes these far more comfortable than fully rigid braces, but doesnt provide as much support as them either. A moderate solution is to wrap flexible athletic tape around the upper and lower portions of the brace. This allows for additional structural support without the loss of comfort.All in all, the brace works so well, I ended up buying one for the healthy knee for prevention sake

Great Customer Support.
the knee brace works very well and provides a great support. I use it for jogging. Very important to take the dimensions for ordering. I took my dimensions, and it was borderline between Sizes Small and Medium. Ordered Medium and with a short time of use I realized it was a little loose. Contacted Customer support and explained what I was observing. They immediately send me a small size to make sure I was satisfied, and it worked perfect. I thank for the CS from NEENCA , they strived to make sure I was satisfied as a customer.Thank you. It is a great product and a lot less than other hinged braces.

Getting them on and off can be a chore.
They work as indicated. However, getting them on is a bit of a chore, AND getting them off is even harder, especially when your legs are sweaty.
