Knead the dough by hand or in a food processor until it holds together firmly. Press the dough into the mold (enough for a 24 cm large mould) by hand and then follow your regular recipes. Sweet pastry: mix in 100-150ml powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar in the pie dough. You can also mix the dough with 3 tablespoons of water instead of eggs (NOTE: do not use more water).
