I bought these for the specified purpose. I less than half filled them with sand and used the bags to keep a Polytunnel in place. Obviously the bags are outside in all weather, but had not been moved. After 6 months I had to move them and the bags just disintegrated and had lost all structural integrity. They are useless dont use these for flood defence.
