Big buttons, easy to handle, perfect for seniors... it does require a big pocket.

Cleverly written listing written by someone who knew what an older person would like to see. Extremely poor instructions on a sliver of paper in text so small could not read even with a magnifying glass. Requires a sim card. Don't know what that is or where to get it. Never had to buy a sim card, whatever it is, to make a phone work before.

I like the phone, it has large easy to find numbers, ifairly easy to use and is senior friendly. The biggest thing is being able to know how to unlock it, which requires pushing two keys, at the top and bottom on the left side. Once that is done, the numbers dialed show up boldly on the screed, which makes it easy for the user to know that the right number is being entered before placing the call. The next essential item is to teach the senior the right dials to push to place and end each call. Those appear on the upper left and right side of the phone. Overall, I would rate the phone very favorably. It is also attractive and has a built in flash light that is also user friendly.

Extremely loud. Great for noisy environments but not for privacy. Instructions need a microscope to read and even then they dont say much. Texting is by number keys. Lousy connection, always breaking up. More!
