Great help when back needs adjustment and stretching

I have had muscle and pinched nerve issues for over a year now and have seen many specialists to help reduce my pain symptoms. I ordered this foam roller a few weeks back because the one I had at home did not work out for me. This product is great. It is firm enough for a beginner like myself and gets the job done. I have been using it daily and it definitely has helped reduce my pain symptoms including relieving my tense muscles

I have had back issues for...years now. Lots of things messed up, but basically I'm in the early stages of degenerative disk disease. My chiropractor recommended a foam roller to help loosen things up a bit. This one seemed to be the best deal, and the red/black was a must for me. I've only had it for a few days, but I do think it is helping. It's a sturdy material but super lightweight. I was a little unsure because of one review in particular that mentioned how the speckles are raised -- it isn't the speckles. It is some little design. Possibly for grippiness? Not sure. But you can only feel it when you actually touch the roller. When using it, you can't tell. I can't, at least. So no biggie at all.4 stars just because I haven't had it long enough to say how it works long-term. But it seems to work well so far to relieve some of the tightness/pressure!

First I forgot what I ordered (mostly size wise) so when it got here I was confused. That said it's a short hard piece of foam and works great it can even crack my back which is notoriously hard.

If had more than one massage therapist recommend this. You can use it standing up or laying down. Got lots of “pops” out of my back.

Damaged out of box and cheap material. It is stiff and sturdy though
