Such a wonderful product ,kids love the watch and very friendly customer service

Wastage of valuable money & precious day due to such type of gift.
Product is of very bad quality. Display is not working. First 5 days made time pass with accepting the replacement. After the replacement date they themselves decided to refund. But still refund is not received. Wastage of money.

Do not buy this product. The item looks completely different from the pictures shown in the listing. I ordered a white watch, but they sent a black watch with a white strap – clearly a defective or previously returned piece. When I requested a replacement, the seller cancelled the order without any explanation and never issued a refund. Nowe we are trying to use it, it is not charging at all. Utter cheating. Extremely disappointing experience – poor product quality and terrible customer service. Stay away!
