Love these spices, and have experimented with its use in ‘other than Thai food,’ and it adds great flavor without overpowering. A little goes a long way. I gave it 4 stars only because they are packaged in plastic bottles with snap close lids that don’t reseal very tightly. I transferred to glass spice bottles with shaker inserts, and screw on lids.

As living in an area without these products fresh I have been able to make my favorite curry paste and soup at home whenever I crave them adjusting the spice to fit my mood.

Helpful when cooking curry

Lemongrass powder (when you can't get fresh for your recipe) and that hard to find ....Kaffir leaf powder - both flavors... that make a difference... great deal and tasted great in a Spicy wings recipe!

Of course I prefer fresh herbs and spices when possible but I love that I can recreate Thai recipes at home, quickly and easily with these seasonings.

Can't seem to taste them in anything, thickened doesn't really thicken.

I love oriental dishes and these are tasty additions and a great value for the quantity.

Dissolves immediately in the curry and adds lots of flavor
