Superb steam mop
Fantastic product and excellent value for moneyThe steam release is super strong and adjustable and it is excellent to have the option of handheld or mopThe various interchangeable parts are good. My home is now super clean. Such an easy tool to use. I do recommend and I'd buy it again!

Heats up fast

Sturdy easy to use lightweight very good value for money
An excellent purchase from Amazon Marketplace. Lightweight, well made steamer the attachments are well made,easy to attatch and suitable for the task required of them, The cord might be a bit short for some, and the water vessel needs refiling several times depending on the task, but the heating up time is quick and efficient I have only had the steamer 1 week and so far have cleaned 2 x double mattresses, 1 x armchair, 2 x medium rugs, 1 x bedroom carpet 1 x bathroom tiled floor plus the grouting using the attachments supplied, all with no problem, following the directions in the information booklet supplied, a really useful piece of equipment, all for under £40S

It is Rubbish!!!!! Just buy an expensive one
Absolute Rubbish!!!! You can use it for the first 2 times but then it loses its power or something! Literally the last time I used it I had no steam what so ever! Do not recommend, just for for a more expensive one as cheap will be what you get and well I’ve learnt my lesson for getting a cheap one that’s for sure

Faulty item, sad to say!
Unfortunately, the item did not work as expected and leaked water on the floor whilst it was heating up, and the filling cup was also cracked. The seller was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. I was very disappointed as it looked good, was easy to fill the tank, heated up quickly, and was easy to use. I think I just got a faulty model. The seller did offer to send a replacement but I had lost faith in the item by then.I would still recommend this item for others as you will hopefully have better luck than me, but the rating is based on my experience.

Flimsy handle, holes worn in mop head
Handle feels flimsy, probably very good as a hand-held steamer but not so a mop. Also, mop head has worm holes in after just 5 mins on tiled floor!!
