Perfectly suited to controlling dough.
Though relatively light weight, there is no doubt in my mind that these superb light weight tools will be perfectly suited to the task of controlling dough. They will make the task of transferring the dough from mixing bowl to kneading surface and dividing dough up into portions. I am happy to recommend this product.

All good but they discolour
They are fairly comfortable and easy to use, especially given the price. However, I noticed that they were losing colour despite we washed them before using them!

Very useful and good quality
My hubby does all the baking in our home, he has knack for it. He has been making bread recently and this tool has been extremely helpful to remove the bread dough from the bowl. He has also made baguettes and cuts them with this good quality tool. I wasn't too sure about the sharpness of the blade/cutting section of the tool, but it does a really good job. Nice and sturdy, doesnt bend or catch on the bowls.
