Joey_G - I think you should be able to feed this to your Senior cat without any problem. The dry food is not greasy. If you wanted to stay away from the oils that are in the food, maybe go for a chicken or whitefish meal. The ingredients seemed really good but my cats were not as fond of it as some other grain-free food. They ate it, just no with gusto.
