The product fits perfectly and was easy to install. In fact removing the broken seat was harder than fitting the new one.

Fitting is a nightmare and hard to figure out which loo seat goes on which Starck toilet (if you have more than one type as we do). Product description on web site was unhelpful, borderline misleading.
