Ordered this chair for our son’s room. We needed something more compact than a glider/recliner and that still would provide support as well as style. The color looks as described! I love how versatile the chair is and could really be used in any room for many different purposes. When installing, we accidentally put the arms on facing the wrong way which caused a noise, we reached out to customer support who guided us to the correct fix and have had no issues since! They were very prompt in response and extremely helpful. Overall a good experience!

I bought this chair for my daughter who was expecting baby number 2. The chair is very comfortable , fits in the small nursery very well and the price was great. The customer service was very impressive. We had an issue with one of the screw holes in the arm not fitting properly . They contacted us right away after we sent video of issue. They were wonderful and sent a new chair that arrived in days. I would highly recommend this product. After all excellent customer service is the key when you experience problems with an item ordered.

The chair does a pretty good job but twice now the back of the chair has come unhooked from the arms of the chair and scared me while I was rocking the baby. I wish the dowel going into the arm of the chair was longer or sturdier so it didn’t slip out like it does. The chair is beautiful and comfortable and I appreciate this as well as the affordability of it!Edit: the customer service team reached out to me and were beyond kind and helpful. I was able to send them pictures and they helped me troubleshoot so we can ensure that their chairs are top quality. It’s rare to find a company that responsive and caring about their customers and want feedback.

When I got the chair and assembled it it didn’t seem like the pieces fit right and could not be assembled correctly but after talking with customer service I realized it was my error and they helped me through it with helpful guidance. They listened to all my concerns and came up with great solutions. Great customer service!

Love this chair it's so comfy. I have the one that has the extender for the feet feels like I'm laying on a teddy bear. Great chair for reading and I love that. It's a rocker. perfect size for this little space. I was afraid I wasn't gonna be able to fit a chair. I could probably actually fit two if i wanted ! Sellers are fantastic to work with check out their other items in their store! I have bought several items from them so far. This was a home I was redoing for a client of mine after a burnt, and she lost all of her belongings. She was on a strict budget, her only request was she loved peach and she wanted a rocker this fit perfectly!

My baby has MSPI and had a lot of stomach problems the first couple months. She had severe stomach pain. She was only able to sleep comfortably in the car due to the motion. That meant any other time she was crying and having trouble staying asleep. We bought the rocking chair in hopes it would work the same as the car. It did! Her symptoms have improved after cutting dairy and soy but she still enjoys being rocked to sleep from time to time. The rocking chair was super easy to put together and is comfy. Great quality for the price.

***update*** company offered a new chair or refund. Changing my stars for a great customer service experience!6 months of owning it - with barely any use (maybe once a week), it snapped while rocking our toddler :( super scary and glad no one got hurt! It also isn’t as plushy as it looks! Save your money and get something higher quality!

Love this rocking chair for our baby’s nursery. It was easy to put together—easier if you have some help but wasn’t difficult at all.
