Stabil und effektiv - ich habe direkt ein zweites davon bestellt, damit ich weiter damit arbeiten kann, falls eines gerade in der Spülmaschine ist. Mein Schneidbrett ist ein Hackblock und daher nicht so einfach über den Topf zu heben. Früher, mit beweglichen Brettern, ging allerdings auch dabei immer etwas daneben. Seit ich diese Schaufeln benutze nicht mehr. Top!
