As someone who suffers from bad IBS, this product has been amazing for regular bowel movements.After having to suffer with painful laxatives, this product is easy to use, with a mild chalky taste and completely painless!!! (though, be prepared for some painless stomach bubbling!).It is advertised as a cleanser, so unlike laxatives the bowel movements are like water, due to the oxygenating (therefore, you need to be near a bathroom 2-3 hours after consuming), as the powder liquifies waste (far more pleasant than having a bad stomach though). I have only used the product for three days in a row, then stopped to see if my bowel movements became regular, and they did!! Therefore, I had to leave a review as £28.50 for a big jar is more than worth it for an end to painful IBS 'blockages' (sorry to be so descriptive, but this product is for those kind of problems!), it obviously cleans your system!Highly recommend!!

Easy to use very gentle doesn’t hurt your stomach no cramps. It will clean you out. The only thing is has time goes on learn to know what dose is right for you. Me its started off with twice a day and only once a day in the morning on a empty stomach with lemon. Another tip be careful when you fart... sorry a heads up.

If you want a regular body clear out, this will do the trick! As others have said, it is an acquired taste- very chalky! I prefer taking it with apple cider vinegar rather than lemon juice. Again like others, I had to take it several evenings in a row before it worked properly, indicating that I was pretty deficient in magnesium to start off with. No stomach cramps, just a lot of gurgling. Definitely recommend, but will buy the tablets next time as the chalky taste is too much for me

Good product. I have had chronic constipation and this has kept me fairly regular but you have to play around with the dose until you get what suits you as an individual

This product is great for slow intestine digestion and those who suffer with constipation. I started using this after seeing a natural healer. The importance of a healthy, moving gut is central to our whole well being. My skin, hair, energy and appetite are all improved as have aches and pains eased. Take this regularly and keep at it. After 7 years use and improvements in health I could not be without it .

I ordered this just to improve health in general as I wasn't suffering from any significant illness. I had quite a few candida symptoms about 18 months ago but these had subsided about 8 months ago. Followed the instructions strictly. As a person who has experienced constipation for decades it was nice to be 'going' more regularly and it is a very gentle and predictable effect. However by about day four my abdomen started bloating horrendously and I continued with the regime for the full week. But I have never had such an uncomfortable feeling in that area. It felt like my intestines had swollen up and felt so sore. The soreness stopped within 36 hours of using the product and the bloating reduced after about a week of stopping. The worse thing though is that my candida symptoms returned with a vengeance and its taken me two months to get the majority of them back under control. I'm still bloated months later and still have a few candida symptoms. This product made me far worse when I felt fine to start off with!

I am satisfied with this product as it works the way I expected it to work based on my research. First time I used it I had to take 3 doses (morning, evening and morning again) before it started working, second time 2 dosed, however, for my husband it worked after the first one. Some reviewers say you need to be close to the loo after 3-4 hours, for me it took about 30 hours so it doesn't work in the same way on everyone. According to Andreas Moritz if it doesn't work after taking 1 dose it means you may have magnesium deficiency, so the first doses are immediately absorbed by my body instead of getting to the bowels.

I have seen some quite understandable concern about a lack of ingredient detail. That information should of course be present & complete and thus is a dilemma. My experience of the actual product though is that it works - gently and efficiently. Don't stray too far from home whilst taking(!) and, obviously, don't use too often in a short period of time - that's just common sense I guess.
