Greatly priced and of good quality.
Good quality MCT oil. While I flipflop between diets and other health choices, this helped me achieve certain goals while Intermittent Fasting.Very easy to use for my black coffee in the morning where I would add 15ml (1 tablespoon) of this MCT oil. There isn't any odd taste or smell and doesn't upset my stomach which I hear happens with some other products/brands. Starting off with 5ml (1 teaspoon) then increasing your dosage may help to find if you are sensitive to this product.Keeps my hunger at bay for some time before my actual eating window starts. So for those people wanting to try MCT oil for their own health benefits and uses then try this one.If this product is still cheaper than most then I will continue to keep purchasing.

It's very good item. I feel good. It's no problem at all. I am taking every morning. I have had no side effect so far. It's organic. So it has no smell. Easy of use.

I would have preferred Clean energy without the crash!a glass bottle
I add a tablespoon of this MCT oil to my morning coffee and it gives me a noticeable boost in focus and energy—no jitters or crash later on. It’s completely tasteless and blends really well. Definitely one of the cleanest, purest oils I’ve tried. Will be ordering again!

Difficult to form a " definite" this that and t'ther description of any benefits or qualities for a product like this, it needs to be a trust thing, so it depends upon your perspective or opinion of things over the pond

A Quality Product ideal for those on a Ketogenic Diet
My new favourite MCT oil. I take a tablespoon of this with my coffee first thing in the morning, as part of a ketogenic diet. Careful with the dosage as it can act as a laxative, until your system adapts. It has a pleasant although not very strong taste. For me, it completely turns off my hunger enabling my first meal of the day to be at lunchtime. A quality product, well worth the money. Hopefully this is of some help.
