Wow this suitcase is a game changer for me. I have arthritis in my knees. They really act up if I have to walk too far. This suitcase will be wonderful for me to ride thru the airport to the gate. And the seller for this suitcase is so kind and nice and easy to work with. I need an extra battery, the seller shipped it in over night. This is a wonderful company. If you’re purchasing this device to negotiate an airport, great! But there is not one airline that will allow this piece of luggage on their aircraft so don’t purchase it. They simply do not allow.

The truth about this product is that my kids did enjoy it and had fun while it lasted. However, there are several downsides. If they turn the wheel too quickly, it can easily flip over, which is a safety concern. The battery doesn’t last very long, and once it dies, it’s extremely heavy to carry—definitely not ideal. The front wheel doesn’t extend much, and the storage space is way too small. We couldn’t fit anything inside besides their headphones and a few snacks. Overall, while it was entertaining for a short time, it’s just not worth the money.
