A pretty item but better for small heads. I liked it but it looked wrong on my big head. I say it's worth a try because it is cute.

I have a new motto, "Life is short, wear the hat!". Knowing this hat would not look anything but silly on this fat, old lady. I decided after looking at it multiple times to buy it anyway, and to wear it anyway, because I thought the hat was pretty. My dear friends gave me many compliments. Many trying very hard not to laugh out loud. But, since I wear a variety of hats at church, they were not too surprised and kept mentioning I needed to go to the Kentucky Derby. I explained if they really loved me they would start running around the church for me to cheer them on. I'm saying all of this to say. If you think the hat is pretty, wear it. Even if you don't look like the model on the advertisment. I did get a compliment from a lady in the grocery store after church. I believe she was being sincere. Life is too short to worry about folks who can't have fun! Wear the hat!

I was shocked at the quality of this fascinator! It comes with a hair clip as well as a head band, so you can choose how to wear it. I bought it to wear for a reader's theater St. Patrick's Day performance and got so many compliments on it! Since then, I've worn it several more times for special events and garnered more compliments. I use the head band since I have very fine hair and the clip won't stay in. But the head band works great, is very comfortable and you can adjust exactly where the fascinator rests on the head. I prefer the right side, tilted slightly forward. Very fetching, indeed!

This fascinator is a must-have. It is much prettier in-person than in the photos. It held up two days in the wind and some dew. It comes perfectly packaged in an attractive, sturdy box that fits nicely in a suitcase. It springs to life immediately after removing from box. It goes back in the box just as easily and looks nice again for a second wear. It comes with a long alligator clip (that didn't rust when my hair got damp) and a satin headband. I only wore the clip and it didn't pull my hair or bother me to wear all day. The feathers are a really classy accent and it was well-constructed overall- no glue showing no matter how windy it got. I bought the green one and I will definitely buy another. Great price-point too. I was going to skip purchasing one at all if I couldn't find one at a reasonable cost. A+
