This worked better than expected. I have it set up in a laundry room. Ease of use for me now on. No more hands full and trying to flip the switch.Install was a bit tricky as I was trying to mount this on a ceiling box. The holes in the box do not line up with the holes on the sensor. So, be aware of that.Set it to lowest sensitivity due to cats using the litter box. I didn't want them setting it off. Works as soon as I walk by the door and shuts off quickly after I leave.

Works as described even in my 9foot ceiling . BUT minor installation issue. Looking on edge the terminals are labeled "N - L1 - L" BUT looking up the terminals are labeled "N - L - L1" I don't know if anything bad would happen if line and load were powered up the wrong way.

This unit replaces one I already had installed that's been working for 15 years or so in our upstairs hallway and is connected to low-level lighting, with the idea of giving some dim light when people need to pop to the bathroom at night, without having to find the light switch.This unit was fairly easy to fit, but as another reviewer has pointed out, there is no earth connection, so care has to be taken to maintain an earth loop when fitting. Sensitivity is decent, and the price is pretty good for a unit like this.

Working well as I expected

Overall the Motion Sensor does a good job. Wiring is pretty straightforward but getting the wires in the hole is a challenge due to the fact the holes are restricted by the housing. Since the unit is mounted in a ceiling it would make more sense to have the wires inserted in the top. That said...I finally got the wires bent enough to get them in and it worked fine. The only other issue I had was trying to get the Lux settings to work for my garage (door open most of the time). Finally I gave up and turned the Lux setting to off and with the timer set to 5 minutes. I'm happy with that and for the price, would recommend the unit.
