Authentic, tasty - and versatile
Lovely stuff. It has become our go to miso paste and doesn't last long in my house. Besides soup, we're discovering new ways to use miso paste. For instance, a little with mushrooms give a real oomph to a full English!

Great for miso soup and other Japanese dishes
This miso is very handy as it has dashi already in it, so it's great to use for recipes that need both miso and dashi like miso ramen and miso soup. The flavour is very good, it is quite a popular brand in Japan as well and I remember many of my Japanese friends used it when I was there. It is the real deal, much better than the western brands you see at Tesco.

It’s miso paste
I usually buy from Japan centre but they didn’t have it in stock so I got it off Amazon instead.Came as expected, it was good. I would always prefer buying it from a website but I have no complaints

Lovely Miso
I've used it for soups, marinated vegetables and for rice dishes. This is one of my favourite ingredients now.

Ignore Amazon info, NOT SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS
This has fish stock powder mixed in. And is not suitable for vegetarians, despite the technical information saying that it is.
