Item was delivered next day - great service. Didn't open the package as we could tell by looking through the clear plastic sleeve that the small size item ordered was far too big for my 10 year old son. But the quality of the item looked good. Returned same day without any issues.

Not a strong support sleeve.
Ordered these for support for weak knee joint which gives way at times especially walking.Have had to return as although tight fit at the top and bottom of sleeve the main body so would ensure grip they just felt like a slightly tight sock and does not feel it would be fit for purpose in offering enough support for knee joint when walking. Might be good for pulled muscles etc but just not we needed.

Excellent product.
The knee supports are very comfortable to wear and after a few minutes you cant feel you have got it on. you can wear them all day with no problems and no discomfort. They have helped with my knee condition and my knee feels supported and secure. Make sure to measure carefully and if in any doubt try a larger size which is what i should have done. No problem with returns and refund. Seller is first class and answers any questions promptly by return. I can highly recommend the product and seller and will be purchasing more in the future.
