Don’t mix well
I love IKEA meatballs and their special sauce. I usually buy from an Ikea store but was feeling under the weather and didn’t want to drive just to get these. They arrived quickly and the packaging looks identical to store bought ones. More expensive though so I guess you’re paying for convenience. My only gripe is they didn’t dissolve well in the pan - really clumped together and I couldn’t break up the lumps even with a whisk. I ended up having to strain the sauce which left it a bit weak tasting. It might have been my incompetence at cooking - but I’ve never had this problem with store bought ones before.
