Bought this for the wife, she loves it... I reviewed a lot of other products and this one seemed to have a good review overall. Not sure how to use it myself, but if she loves it, then it must be pretty good. Wife is Asian with long black Asian hair if that helps anyone :p

Absolutely wonderful. Very easy to use, and I love the ability to change the temperature for my needs.Have purchased other flat irons, but, this is by far the best one!May need to order a larger one next!

I read that this was the best iron on the market. I am caucasian with very thick hair, but even on the hottest settings this iron barely held any curl after a few hours. Even to straighten pieces I had to go over it a few times. It feels like there is barely any pressure when you clamp down on the piece you are straightening. I had to squeeze it pretty hard to get it to straighten my hair. I've used other irons like the Croc and found it worked much better than this one. I had to send it back, which is unfortunate because I loved that the heat was adjustable and had read such good reviews! Maybe for half the price I would consider keeping this iron.

I like using for my short hair. Since I had my haircut, it is short, it is hard for me to manage the hair after I washed it. Thanks for this one, I can style my hair, and my hair looks nice. It is good, I do not feel my hair get dry so far. I love it. One star is taken away is, I thought it should come with a nice comb, so we can use it properly when we are ironing our hair. It is like a courtesy for us to better match using this good quality, and expensive one.

My boyfriend got me this as a gift and I never heard of the brand before so I didn’t know what to expect, plus I’ve been using a CHI forever. But WOW I’m so glad he did! First, it has universal voltage so I can use it anywhere in the world. Since I travel a lot this is super important, and I think is one of the reasons my bf got it. But more important to me, it is so much faster to use than my old iron. It takes just around 20 seconds to get hot, compared to my old one which took over a minute! Plus when I use it, it straightens and curls my hair fast, and it’s so smooth while I’m using it, so it takes me less time to get ready in the morning. When I compare it to my old iron, just holding the two feels different. It’s lighter and looks much more professionally made. So far, this is a great iron that I can definitely recommend.
