Girlfriend loves the flexibility of it so thrusting isn't too robotic. Be sure to use a fairly rigid tool if using one of any size. Otherwise it's a great addition to the tool box!

This is a very nice adapter. I like the way it's constructed, there's no seams and is very well finished. Depending on the weight of the dildo, the range of movement will be affected, the spring is fairly stiff but with a heavy enough dildo it'll have more flex. This is better/more forgiving than relying on a suction cup adapter because it will stay attached at steeper angle and you'll/they'll stay in the moment longer. If you/your intended move around, it will move with you/them. It can make a mediocre/cheap machine much better but your experience will be determined by the machine and the motor behind it. I'd say this adapter is better than a straight extension rod and there's plenty of Vac-U-Lock toys out there to use this with.
