I love it! Also...it is 100% alcoholic lol So I was able to order this for cooking and was not carded at order nor pick up. Fine, w/e.14% ABV! LOL So if you are making a sauce that is heavy in Mirin for kids just know that this is absolutely alcoholic and not inconsiderably so.

This is one of the keys to cooking delicious Japanese fried chicken. This is great for marinade. It tastes really good.

The Mirin is what it’s supposed to be, and the price is decent, but the bottle leaks at the lid. If you make sure the bottle never falls over you’ll be happy with your purchase.

Oil works good and tastes good.

Make your own teriyaki sauces and other Asian marinades. There’s a good flavor and good value.

I love Asian cooking and Mirin is a necessity for many common Japanese recipes. Excellent taste with just the right amount of sugar content. The size of this bottle is a good value. Very happy with this high quality ingredient.
