Incredibly powerful setup for under $200. I was surprised just how well the sound bar and subwoofer performed without needing surround-sound speakers. Completely changes movie watching in my household. As I have a Samsung TV, set-up was incredibly easy as it automatically detected the new hardware and worked it into the power on/off and volume control.

I have a Samsung TV so the link up is easy and the sub connected with no effort it took a minute to find the settings for 'center' and bass/treble as well as the modes but once I got it into Dolby Digital the sound grew full with plenty of bass response at lvl 5 so about half way. Forever I have had a multi speaker surround setup and was looking for something more compact that I could quickly dial in different modes when switching between gaming, movies, NBA games and I am finding this bar/sub combo does a solid job especially at the price point. The remote is pretty basic and it does not have true center but overall nice clarity and separation that offers good headroom for a pretty natural representation. Definitely plenty of volume I have it in a large room with seating for 8 usually play regular TV set it around 12-25 depending on the content and with this bar I am finding 10 to be good for watching regular TV and gaming anything over 15-18 is very loud. Give this a 5 star I have heard a lot of more expensive setups that did not sound any better

For the price, this is a good buy.Set up with easy and the sub uses Bluetooth to connect to the bar. The bar itself has a few options to connect to your TV (optical, HDMI, etc.). Both do not take up a lot of space, thankfully, and provides decent sound. Yes, you can find better out there, but for the price and size, this will suit most needs. I wouldn't use this in a large room area. Small to medium would be your best bet.Volume can be controlled either on the bar or on the provided remote. The remote itself is fairly small and simple and easy to use. The quality overall is good.This is a 3.1 setup so please do not go in thinking you're getting 5.1 quality and sound, lol.

Mine was plug and play with my older Samsung flatscreen. Low cost and works amazingly well. Has added to my viewing enjoyment. Why didn’t I do this sooner! Have a bit of hearing loss (years as a DJ in big clubs in NY city) in the 70-80’s and it makes everything clearer

The media could not be loaded. One Star - Major Issues with Samsung C450 Soundbar BundleI am extremely disappointed with my purchase of the Samsung C450 soundbar and subwoofer bundle. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and a complete waste of time.Upon receiving the first unit, I immediately noticed a significant issue with the subwoofer. It sounded as if the speaker was completely blown, producing a terribly muffled and distorted sound. This made the entire audio experience unbearable.I contacted Samsung customer support for assistance. To their credit, they did arrange for a replacement unit to be sent. However, this is where the problems escalated.The second soundbar and subwoofer arrived, and to my dismay, the subwoofer simply would not connect to the soundbar. I spent several days troubleshooting, following all the instructions in the manual, but to no avail. I contacted Samsung support again, and this time I was told that the subwoofer was not compatible with the soundbar I received. This is absolutely unacceptable, considering this was a bundle that was sold together as a complete audio solution! It wasn't a case of me mixing and matching separate components.While I must admit that the sound quality of the soundbar itself was decent, especially compared to the built-in speakers of my Samsung television, this positive aspect is completely overshadowed by the non-functional subwoofer. The entire point of purchasing a soundbar with a subwoofer is to enhance the bass and overall audio depth. Without a working subwoofer, the system is essentially incomplete and fails to deliver on its promise.Connecting the soundbar to my TV via Bluetooth was straightforward, which is the only positive thing I can say about this entire experience. However, the persistent and ultimately insurmountable issue with the subwoofer has completely soured my opinion of this product.I will be returning this second defective unit and will be looking at alternative brands for my audio needs. I am genuinely baffled as to how Samsung is selling bundles with incompatible components. I would strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of the Samsung C450 soundbar bundle. My experience has been a complete letdown, and I cannot recommend this product in its current state.

I love this!! It is very loud and the bass is amazing. This will rumble my entire house if put on a certain setting. The sound bar has fallen off its place before thanks to my dog and absolutely nothing happened to it. I put it back up and it still sounds amazing as always. I love the remote. So many setting options and makes it easy to connect the speaker to anything whithout getting up. My favorite thing about this product is that it automatically connects the subwoofer to soundbar. I have had trouble in the past with connection on different brands, so I worried that I was not going to figure out how to connect these together, but luckily it automatically connected and still automatically connect everytime I turn it on. It came with a long optical cord that makes it automatically turn on and connect to my tv everytime I turn my tv on. If this randomly broke, I would honestly go buy another one.
