TORQUE Airbag Air Bag Suspension Kit for 2019-2026 Chevrolet Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 Rear Helper Bag Spring Towing 5000 lbs (Replaces Firestone Ride Rite 2609) (TR2609)

Installed on a 2025 Chevy Silverado 1500. Watch the videos this will help fill in the gaps from the instructions. Installation took 2 hours working from the ground with a floor jack. Test the nut and bolts before assembly, had one bolt that the nut would not thread on, nut worked on all the other bolts. Assembly was easy, all pieces fit perfectly, had to jack the frame up to slide the bags in. Once all installed, measured the bumper height, with 15 psi of air raised the bumper an inch, very happy with the product.

The Air bag itself was easy to install and set up. What was poor, is that it did not come with a “T” for the air line. It was set up with two separate air lines, one for each side. That works poorly to assure both sides have the same pressure, so I located a “T” to install in the air line, to connect the two sides together, so that the same pressure would go to both air bags. Works the way it should.

This item is exactly what they say. Only had a small problem with the hoses leaking. But after recutting the ends and reconnecting them. All is great. I carry a 100 gallon diesel tank in the bed of my truck. When it is full, with the tank its self, I’m looking at another 800 pounds. Put a few pounds of air in the bags an I’m off to the races. But of course, the more air you put the rougher the ride. Worth it

Good product. Took me about an hour to install fit right did great on my Chevy Silverado 1500.

System works great when you need to pump up air bags. But when vehicle is off it goes on and off all the time. Really sucks when camping. There is no customer support. Very annoying music and automated recordings. I've tried to be on hold for a week and so has my installer. I'll return this product if I can. I've emailed and sent in warranty request and have gotten no response. UPDATED REVIEW. AFTER HANGING ON THE PHONE FOR 45MINUTES I GOT SOMEONE ON THE PHONE WHO TOLD ME THE SYSTEM NEEDED A SOFTWARE UPDATE, THAT SOME OF THE UNITS GOT THROUGH WITHOUT THE UPDATE. HAD TO DOWNLOAD THE APP. TRIED TO UPDATE FROM INSIDE THE CAB WITH NO SUCCESS. DOWNLOAD & UPDATE KEPT FAILING. WAS TOLD TO REMOVE FUSE, START ENGINE AND UPDATE SOFTWARE. THIS DIDN'T WORK. I STARTED THE TRUCK THEN REMOVED THE FUSE. PUT IT BACK IN WHILE STANDING CLOSE TO ENGINE AND WAS ABLE TO START DOWNLOARD. PUT FUSE BACK IN AND SUCCESS. WISH MY MECHANIC AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO WASTE SO MUCH TIME TRYING TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I'LL UPDATE IF ANYTHING ELSE HAPPENS. RAISING REVIEW TO 3 FROM 1 BECAUSE AN EASY INSTALL BECAME A LONGER CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE.

Compares well to other brands which I purchased in the past. Good quality for the price!

Not happy with product. Installed all went well but one of the couplers failed so truck can not be used. Can not find part called customers help line no reply. As I looked up my order I found the sam e product had been reduced in price over 100 dollars in two days. Guess that tells me the quality I got. I'll have to remove air bags so I can use my new truck. IT WILL BE A LONG TIME BEFORE I USE AMAZON AGAIN

Used once so far on my truck camper. Held air over a couple days and 200 miles. Seem to be well made. Difficult to get the brackets bolted properly but just a problem of the design of the truck. I think it’s better to have separate hoses than the T, which allows for uneven load leveling.
