Glideware Pan 7 Hook Utility Organizer with Ball Bearing Slides

I knew what I was getting when I ordered it, this is for a full height base cabinet door opening with no drawer above it. With that in mind it will probably hold your largest fry pan. This is not a space saver, as the hanging configuration does take up more room than if the pans were nested together in the bottom of a cabinet. But it is very easy to access the pans. If your pot lids have a looped handle instead of a knob type handle, it is really convenient to be able to store them together. Otherwise, I don't think it would be as useful to me. When you bring the slide in or out, the pans will clank together some, but that is a minor annoyance. It is a bit of an indulgence as far as the space it uses, and the cost, but it really adds a nice touch to your kitchen. People love it when I show it to them for the first time.

This product is VERY well constructed. As long as your cupboard opening is approximately 27" tall and the cupboard is approx. 22" deep it should fit. It is definitely sturdy enough to hold the heaviest of pans. Very easy to install and all you need is a tape measure and an electric drill/screwdriver. I actually took out a drawer above my cupboard and ordered a larger door just so I could have this glider in my kitchen. I couldn't stand digging for pans and having them stacked on top of each other. This product is definitely worth the money and will help my pans last longer since they won't have to be stacked.

I had to add a piece of wood to the back because of the depth, but it was easy even without a saw. Went to home depot found the pieces I needed and they cut them for you there. Screwed the wood pieces in and its completely flush with the cabinet. I am going to buy one more for the other side. It's extremely durable slides nicely while loaded up with pots, pans and lids over the handles. Highly recommend!!!!!

The media could not be loaded. Great soft close. Wood and ball bearings are solid and functional. Hooks are overpriced, but tough. Also it came with its own drill bit.I took one star off for quality control. The drill bit is a little too small. The groove that the hooks drop into is not even. All the hooks fit, but some you have to jam in. The tabs to take the ball bearings out is hidden. Finally, I don't like the back block design. The way it is made, the system itself sits on the back block, where I feel it should be screwed in. Of course, you can screw it in on your own, I'm just not sure why they chose to have it sit on the block and slide around.Is it more expensive than making your own? Yes. Are there a few annoying quirks? Yes. With that said, I'm very happy and just bought my second one.

Every time I see one of these I’ve been wanting to order it so I was super excited when I got it in the mail. I actually installed it myself took a little longer than 20 minutes but that’s OK I want to make sure I got it exactly right. Even my husband said nice job babe installing that! Very sturdy and well-made

BUYER BEWARE:There's nothing wrong with the product itself. It's well built, looks great, feels great.The problem is this will NOT work with probably 90% of cabinet applications.You must have at least 25" of clearance. Most of us who have cabinets with a top drawer it will not fit.Without 25" of cabinet space clearance you will not have enough room for your pots to fit.Something to keep in mind when purchasing. Verify your dimensions first.

Most cabinets have a drawer above them, as all of mine do. As a result, all my cabinets are 21” in height. This item needs 24” of clearance or else you can only put your smaller pots/pans on it. So it only works on unique cabinets, not the ones most people have. Otherwise, it seems to work great. So if you’ve got a tall cabinet, go for it.

I installed one set of the the Glideware Organizer and am absolutely thrilled with it. I have 7 hooks and am only using 6 of them currently. The lids shown in the picture have very large handles on them. My lids would not hang but fit neatly onto one of the door racks. There is extra room in the cabinet now for large items on the floor of the cabinet. My beautiful new pans are no longer in risk of getting scratched and I don't have to dig and unload a whole stack to get the one I want. I highly recommend this new product on the market.
