Updated Review:I was able to utilize Amazon's return & exchange service in this case, reporting a flaw with the item I had received, and requesting another identical replacement item sent from stock. I shipped the original item back the same day I had received it.I also received a message from the manager of the Asterom workshop, who expressed his sincere regrets for the trouble and sought to make the situation better. We had a satisfying exchange discussing workshop methods, family business, quality control efforts, etc.He was very helpful and kind, and made it clear that the business takes their quality (and customers' satisfaction) very seriously.To my surprise, the replacement cane from Amazon arrived several days earlier than anticipated.It fits together as expected, very nicely. Everything aligns as it's designed to, just like on the cane we ordered for my wife.Sturdy, smooth and comfortable in the hand, and beautiful to look at.I am impressed by the workshop and their selection of products, as well as their dedication to quality and service. I know we are looking forward to some future purchases to customize our canes further.==========================================================================Original 2-Star Review:My wife and I just ordered two different canes from Asterom, in different colors and handle styles.Hers is fine and has no issues, but my order had an alignment issue which goes back to its fabrication.The threaded socket embedded into the upright stick is off center, so when the handle bolt is screwed in, it doesn't align flush, and causes the metal ring to sit unevenly.I've included a couple pictures of the bad alignment, and the off-center hole.I've requested a return and exchange. I'll update my review upon receipt of the replacement.

I already reviewed this. It’s a wonderful cane. Worth every penny. So comfortable in my hand. Beautiful wooden cane with non slip bottom. I feel very balanced and steady. Dealing with stairs is much less stressful. Extremely well done!

I am extremely pleased with my cane. (32”). The handle is very comfortable and the length is perfect. I am 5’4” but I ordered a slightly shorter length because I have long arms. Be sure to measure before you order. The cane is beautiful! It is very sturdy and the hand grip is silky smooth. The seller was prompt with the shipping and the cane was wrapped well for protection. The ring and handle are not attached, but are easy to assemble.by hand. No tools are needed. Other handles are available for purchase and I will order the one with a dog, or bear later just for fun. Hope this helps one to decide.

I bought this cane for my spouse after they did a lot of research to find the one that they wanted. This cane is absolutely beautiful, made with high quality wood. It was very easy to assemble. It's the perfect size and height and works well for my spouse who needed it to help stabilize them as they suffer from POTS and often get dizzy when standing up. The handle is perfectly carved to fit in the hand and offer both support and style. If you are looking for a high quality cane this is a great option.

The color was slightly lighter than what was shown in the picture. Other than that, the cane is perfect. Light weight, beautiful, and the handle is extremely comfortable. I shoot a lot of handguns, and I would love to have these guys make me some revolver grips. The handle is ambidextrous and just feels right. This is a quality product.

The cane is not only nice to look at and made with high quality wood, but the handle is also very comfortable and fits perfectly with your hand. It’s also very sturdy with no weak joints like a foldable cane. It can handle a lot of weight as well (300 lbs according to seller) so you can lean on it as much as you need. I love that you can order a custom height as well. It’s a little pricy but worth every penny!

As with all of Asterom’s canes, the craftsmanship is superb. Its ergonomic handle design is comfortable and sure. I am delighted with my purchase and look forward to many years of service from this fine piece. Thank you Asterom!

If pressed for a single word evaluation, “Elegant!” I needed something to protect me from my balance disturbances and that complimented me in a formal setting. This cane does the job and more (gotten some admiring glances). My wife is the source of the “elegant” comment. A very happy husband,If asked for more info? This is a strong, yet light cane that fits the hand extremely well. The ergonomic handle can clearly serve a significant span of hand sizes. I am 5’ 11” , 220 lbs, fairly slim guy with a typical man’s hand and the handle is slightly large for me, but works great still. So, this cane can work for a 6’ 2-4” man easily. UThe cane is actually lighter than HoneyBull collapsing cane that I used daily till I got the Asterom. Now if I am going into rocky or difficult terrain, I use the HoneyBull. Anywhere else, it is the Asterom.Again very pleased as I continue to use Asterom product.
