how long the hot water stays hot? thinking to use for warm water as well!

I've never used anything hot but it's vacuumed sealed so I'd imagine a very long time. I use it for cold and it's kept things cold for twelve plus hours.

what size would suit a cycle bottle holder?

I bought the 950 ml and it is too wide for the cup holder in my Mini. I’m keeping it because it was ideal for the beach but I’m going to purchase a smaller size for the car. Hope this helps.
