When open loop straps won't do.
This type of wrist strap has been around for years - if you do heavy bar pull movements (e.g. deadlift, shrugs, etc.) these are much better than open loop straps. Note: they firmly attach you to the bar so keep that in mind. Once you get used to putting them on and locking them down, you no longer have to worry about losing the bar. Highly recommend.

A must have
Great for deadlifting and RDLs! They are other uses as well but I have done them yet. For the price I'm very please with them.

Quality.
Out of box, you can tell these are a high quality product. I was a bit skeptical at first since I’d only used traditional straps but these blew my mind away at how easy and comfortable they are to use. I’ve been able to lift way more weight without my grip being the limiting factor.

Pulled all the hair off my wrists
If you're an experienced lifter and you already use Versa Gripps, you'll be disappointed in these. I got them as an alternative to keep in my basement gym for heavy barbell shrugs and heavy lat pulldowns. I'm 5'10", 205lbs and got the size medium. They are absurdly too big, just too long. Tried twisting them too. I don't shave my arms, so they pulled the hair off both my wrists. Versa Gripps never did that. I'll probably never use these figure 8 straps again. Stick with Versa for heavy work.

Figure 8 for your back
Not very comfortable for me

My new default lifting straps
my default lifting straps. I like these better than the single wraps. I don't have to spend lots of time wrapping the bar with each hand.

Still Holding Strong
I've had these straps for a couple of years and they're still holding! They've started to fray around the center, near the stitching, so I'm due for a replacement set. I'll likely order another set from Gymreapers, since the current set has lasted for so long and I use them regularly. They're not too long or too short, which can be a pain if the sizing is off.

Maybe one size down
I tried to use my gloves from work as a reference point, so I ordered mediums. Having used them for several months, they come in handy when I have to wrap my hands around a wider bar or so. Otherwise, if I had to wrap it around a standard set of dumbbells or barbell, then I would've asked for a small since it would've fit more snug. Currently, I've adjusted to them so they work as intended, just have to wrap them a little more for security.
