I've been taking these to help with cramp. Its a blooming painful thing. These pills are rather large and you need to be prepared to swallow them but they seem to have helped this week. It's difficult to remember to take them 3 times a day but it should be worth it.

I thought I would try these Triple Magnesium Complex capsules as I have been feeling very tired while struggling to get a good nights sleep. These capsules from Pharmanostix arrive in the most unusual of containers which may prove a little awkward to store. They are suitable for vegans and are gluten free. They are quite a large capsule and are powder inside a shell so can't be cut in half to make them easier to swallow. There are 120 in the pack and you can take up to 3 a day but I shall stick with 1 until I can assess the benefit a little better. They seem to be good value at this price. So far, I think my sleeping has improved but we shall see.
