Product arrived next day. Solved milk frothing problem. Saved a load of money, replacement from Nespresso £40 with no guarantee that it would solve problem. Thought I was going to have to purchase a new machine at over £200.00. Try it if you’ve got a milk frothing problem at £20 it’s well worth a try.

My Nespresso was turning three years and was finding the milk wasn't coming out so smoothly, despite my best attempts to clean/clear it. This does the job well, the machine is working superbly and it's a worthy investment as I use it 2-3 times a day making milk based coffees, usually with oat milk/drink.

My nespresso touch was playing up overheating no frothing milk. No matter how many times I descale etc still played up then on Google said could be blockage in lid of milk holder so order one and now have even better coffee than been giving so well happy definitely buy from here again
