Extremely Disappointing Product and Customer Service - Avoid at All Costs!
I purchased this refrigerator from Godrej three years ago, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite numerous repairs by authorized dealers, the appliance continues to malfunction repeatedly, causing immense frustration and financial loss. Each time I had to pay for repairs, hoping the issue would be resolved, only for it to fail again shortly after.Just last week, I had to pay a significant amount for yet another repair, and within days, the refrigerator failed again. The constant breakdowns have led to the loss of expensive perishable items like chocolates, dairy products, and crucial medicines. The financial burden and inconvenience are unbearable, and it's unacceptable for a product that was marketed as high-quality.I’ve reached out multiple times, but no long-term solution has been provided. At this point, I would expect either a full replacement or a complete refund, but I am left with a malfunctioning fridge and mounting repair costs. Do yourself a favor and avoid this brand — it's clear that they do not stand behind their products. Highly dissatisfied and frustrated with this purchase!

The fridge capacity is good. The noise is comparatively high with other brands. It is mentioned as inverter model, in actual there is a start and stop of compressor so I think there is no variable speed compressor and it is a marketing gimmick . Power usgage not measured yet

The refrigerator works well. The design of the refrigerator is good. The cooling is great. It has low noise. The storage capacity is also as mentioned. The only flaw as per me was that the Vegetable box is slanting at the back and loses on storage space. To accomodate that space the lower bottle rack has been removed. It's not a deal breaker for me so ok.Consider that when buying. Other than that it is awesome.
