I cannot have little spout on the bottom stay in place... its just falls off. No way to lock the lip to the bottom. Has anyone a trick to help it stay in place!?!

Finally got around to setting this up and I'm glad I purchased thus. It's beautiful and I love the watering method thru the bottom. No more overflowing the plant pot!

I love that you can adjust the absorption level because there is a wick that you can have lower in the water in the well at the bottom

The pots are perfect—no complaints, but they send me only one string between two pots. I don't want to return bz there is nothing wrong with the pots, but how do I request one more string?

This is a durable plastic watering planting pot, I really like the 2 tone color, looks refreshing. This pot measures about 10inches in diameter so it is a fairly large medium size planter. It has white linen string to absorb the water from the bottom and transfer it to the soil. I pour the water at the bottom of the planter and it takes about a week or so depending on the soil before the water dissipates. Great when I am away and not to worry about watering my plants. The only issue I had is that once it is assembled, I can’t see the string from the bottom opening and hard to pull the bottom off without making a mess.
