Brilliant, super sharp knife, as you'd expect from Dalstrong

Photos speak for themselves. Ok I’ve only used this to slice cold home made bacon but this is pretty damn awesome. I like that it cuts straight. Glides thru meat nice and quick. Slicing thru cold bacon is not easy. If you’re using this for personal use I think it’s awesome. I don’t know how it would perform in a commercial scenario. But so far I’m happyWhat needs work, I would have liked a more robust offset kind of a handle. So my knuckles don’t hit the cutting board to get thru the final cut but I think with proper technique you don’t need this. A bigger handle would be more comfortable overall. Other than that. I like the sharpness, the-dimples on the blade the case and the sheathe.

Ottimo coltello. Mi sarebbe piaciuto fosse stato un po’ più pesante. Non vedo l’ora di affettare il mio primo brisket
