Only because of the sizing did I give 4 stars. I really like the shirts. First I ordered and XL and it was huge so I returned it and ordered 2 shirts, one L and one M to see which was the best fit. They are both exactly the same size! I am keeping both of them. I live in a warm climate and the light weight is perfect for daytime or nighttime wear. For the price these shirts are an amazing deal!

I like this big shirt. The yellow color is beautiful and is perfect for spring. It is bright and classy. I wear it different ways with jeans or linen pants. It washed well and there was no shrinkage, wrinkles or loss of color. It is warm to wear and I roll the sleeves up.

I ended up ordering a larger size since I was gapping at the bust line and I am not overly busted.This is a great shirt, thus the reason for the larger size that now fits great. Clean/crisp look with the blue/white strips. It is long enough to dress up or down with jeans or nice slacks to shorts, Very classic look for dark or light colored hair.I haven’t washed the shirt yet so I don’t know how it will travel then but I will update once I try it. For now, it is just what I wanted….but, it did run small in the bust line using their size chart so be aware.

Wonderful shirt! Just ordered 2 more in blue and apricot. Wore in New Orleans over tank top in 99 degree humid weather this past Labor Day weekend. Was worried I might be hot—I was not! My base layer tank top was wicking material and the loose quality of this unbuttoned blouse provided sufficient sun coverage wo being clingy.Description indicates 100% cotton. Not your soft wrinkly cotton, if so. Mildly stiff—wears/feels more like a light weight and lightly starched poplin. Crisp. Very few wrinkles after unpacking and riding in a car. Sleeves stay sharply folded up onto forearm without issue.Unbuttoned 2 button ls down—no cleavage showing and the collar does not rub your neck or chin collecting foundation. Buttoned all the way up w collar jewelry over top button—not tight at all and still crisp.Can be dressed up or down—work day to New Orleans day.The price is beyond reasonable.Tiny bit large, and a bit boxy, but I like that because I’m chesty and there is no button gap when buttoned up.5’4 and 205.

I don't review many things, but I have to say, this is a premium piece of clothing. For the price, it exceeds Chico or JJill and don't get me wrong...I shop there a lot. The cut, size and color are perfect, but what impressed me the most are the stripes that line up! I know it's not that important, but for a seamstress, it really irritates me that the stripes to not line up on the shoulders and on the pockets...wow! Perfectly made... I am going to order another in a different color. Great job!

Update: I went up to the 2x and even though it was an inconvenience to return and wait, so glad I took the chance. I love this top. Perfect for when I need to go in person to the office. I ended up purchasing 2 more colors so now I have black (it is really a charcoal grey), blue and green. Washes nicely, I hang to dry and then pop in the dryer for a few minutes on low. Slight stretch, not a cotton fabric at all, it has a stiffer structure and not really breathable like a true cotton blend. However, I've found the structure of this material makes it good for NC in late fall, winter and early spring. I noticed the sizing chart still looks off and in reading other reviews it seems that straight sized ladies find the shirt to be oversized where as a more curvy gal, I found the sizing chart to be wrong and had to order a larger size than what the size chart suggested.Orginal Review: I followed the sizing guide with a 46in bust and ordered the XL where the bust is indicated as 53in . The XL was too small by a good 1.5 inches and the arms were tight. It's too bad because the shirt looked really nice. I'm nervous to order the XXL, not sure it will fit. For reference, I'm 46Bust, 43Waist, 52Hip and typically where a 1x sometimes a 2x depending on cut/brand.
