Very effective for replacement of Vitamin D from lack of sunshine 🌞 in the cold dark winter months. Also many other health benefits all year around. A years supply at the maximum dose so Brilliant value for money. Tablets small and easy to swallow.

Living in the UK we all need extra vitamin D esp in the cooler/darker months, when this arrived I wasn't sure it was a year's supply as the pack is quite small, but it is. The pills are quite small so easy to swallow & great value compared to some other one's I'd purchased previously
