I have taken L-Tyrosine over the years but this particular brand seems to not be effective for me.

Immediate effect - will buy again
The one star review made me realise I needed to write a review. I'd fallen into depression (rare for me), pain levels were high, and energy lower than my normal. I felt immediate benefit (that day) taking it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and have felt better ever since (two weeks now). Also, my blood pressure and heart rate had been extremely low and both are now simply low.
