You can notice pump and improved strength after a month of regular use ( not loading just 3 gm per day) but it's solubility is a issue. It doesn't dissolve easily you have to add it in hot water or mix for 1 minute or something for proper dissolving. I am using it for more than a month and I have seen no side effects no hairfall but just you have to go for pee often 😅😂 Overall descent but store in proper condition otherwise it may form lumps.

I received a pack which was not sealed properly and the product leaked all over in the box, contacted amazon for return but I received a mail stating I have violated the policy. Previously I had also received a pack of whey gold from nakpro which was torn from the bottom and the whey powder was leaking. One time is okay, but I received a badly sealed pack the second time. Nakpro please improve your packaging.
