This magnesium is bisglycinate, 3rd party tested, and made in Canada. It has actually been helping me improve sleep quality. I take 200mg twice a day, so one capsule in the morning and one capsule before bed. I’m combining it with a sleepy history podcast that literally has me in a deep sleep within 10-30 minutes. Highly recommend for all my fellow insomniacs out there!!!

In the past I've tried magnesium supplements to deal with calf cramps (along with potassium, which I still take once in a while if I miss eating a banana or avocado at least a few times a week). The magnesium served to only upset my stomach and cause diarrhea so I started using a magnesium spray instead. But it's expensive so I looked to see what other options were available nowadays. While I don't have Crohn's to try the lowest dose of these capsules at 80mg, I do have IBS so tried the middle one of 140mg. Been taking them for a week once in the morning with D3 1,000 IU along with a different (magnesium citrate with calcium & low dose D3 tablet) in the evening before bed. First thing noticed, no diarrhea! Second was the relief from cramps as I ran out of my spray. Third was muscle tone where blubber seemed to start melting away. And FOURTH I started to lose weight, too! Bear in mind I'm no longer employed at a desk job so more walking these days, and I'm also paying much closer attention to what and when I eat, so there are those factors as well. Bottom line is I love these capsules and highly recommend them.
