Great for Sauna
Nice and thick material, easy to cut to size but doesn't rip on the wall while installing it. Used in my sauna room build.

Definitely not for sauna!
I ordered this foil because the title said it is suitable for sauna. When it came, I installed it on the ceiling of my sauna. Since I am building the sauna in the winter, I turned on the heater for about 2 minutes to heat up the room while I am working there. The temperature raised to about 90F and I started noticing the plastic core of this foil started shrinking. So I heated the sauna to about 120F to prove this foil is not gonna last. The result was obvious. The foil completely shrank and the plastic core showed up on the surface.I did some research on the internet and learned that all plastic core aluminum foils will do that. What is needed for the sauna is aluminum foil on a paper substrate.Besides this giant disappointment and realization that this product wont last in heat (despite the description), the foils is quite thick and durable.

This is wonderful stuff.
We used this in a bump-out addition to our house. I'm really glad it's there to keep the heat out in summer, and in in winter. This is wonderful stuff. Since we have some left over, I'm thinking about using it to make window coverings, or maybe use some in our attic? There seem to be a lot of things that could be done with it for insulating and heat-reflecting. (editing, a month or so later) ... we used some of this RadiantGuard material to make window covers for some windows we mostly don't open. We used a sheet of the pink foam insulation board, made a frame for it, and covered the insulation board with the RadiantGuard. Really well-insulated windows now.

Sauna: NOOOOO!
I purchased this for my 2nd Finnish Sauna which is typically 240-260f at the ceiling. This product completely melted and shriveled into a pile of trash. Do not purchase for Sauna as described in title!

Not for sauna!
Just read other post saying it shrink because of plastic core, I confirm it's true. Just test main, what I waste of time and money. Product is strong and durable, but not for sauna!
