Other reviews said "hard to assemble"... I found it easy and fast. Owned the tub for a month or so.. zero problems. Maintains 97° Very consistently ( summer, outside ambient temp is between 65 in the morning to 105 at the worst this year). We'll see how well it Maintains in the winter.... ill turn it up to max temp in the winter * 104°Over all seems to be high quality for a "portable" tub.

I am extremely happy with this Intex tub. We have had many pools and just recently we've had a pool for 6 years. I know I can rely on Intex. I love that you can turn the heat off. And have it as a cold tub therapy all Summer. And as the weather is changing I just started to turn the heat back on. And I look forward to Fall weather and enjoying the relaxing evenings. It is an exceptional product, we used to have a hot tub. And this product is far above any hot tub. I only wish I had bought it sooner.

I waited awhile before writing this review but I am very disappointed with this product. It was very easy to set up but did not last even a month before the heater/ filtration system broke giving an error code of E90. There was nothing blocking the filtration system and ultimately had to take it down and take it to the dump only two months after purchasing it.

The one and only thing I didn't like was the instructions manual. The product itself it great and was worth the investment.

I ordered this as a cheaper alternative to a hard-shell hot tub, to see if this was something my wife and I would enjoy using. The hot tub was delivered on time and in good condition. I was able to set it up by myself in about an hour, as the directions were easy to follow.The hot tub works great and keeps heat with no problems. I have had to add air once but I think that was a user error and not an issue with the hot tub. The chemical guide in the owner's manual was a little difficult for me but I used the test strips and figured it out. The jet ring around the bottom of the tub is ok but, I didn't feel like it was equivalent to a hard-shell. The product description says that it can accommodate 4 people. I would say that it would comfortably hold 3 adults. If you are looking for something that will hold 4 people, I recommend the next size up.The hot tub was reasonably priced, easy to set up, and works very well. The filters need to be changed a little more often than I expected but, overall we are very pleased with this hot tub. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

I've always wanted my own hot tub. I am in a rental that has a small covered back patio. I picked out the one that would work best in my small area and watched the accompanying videos on setting it up (which were really helpful). I would have been able to do this by myself, but after unpacking everything and following the instructions (which were also pretty decent), I found that it wasn't holding air. I could hear it leaking from the valve area. They tell you that there is an enclosed wrench to tighten the valve, or remove it for replacement. I didn't have a clue how to remove the valve or fix the leak. I got help from someone who took the valve out. It was sticking open. Once the spring clicked to close it we could put the valve back into place and everything was good. It's up and running and working perfectly. A really great value!! I like it a lot:) two thumbs up

One of the best fun we have at home

Smaller than my last one and the color is gray and beige, which is weird… Far prefer the white and light blue makes the water look crystal. I did have an issue with the control panel. Water leaks into it and causes it to malfunction. Had to go through a couple rounds of customer service but eventually got the unit replaced. I just keep a plastic basket over the top of the unit now so rain and condensation rolls off and not down on top.
