Levi's Men's 513 Slim Straight-Fit Line 8 Twill Jean

Ok, I have conflicting opinions of the 513. Depends on where you get them (I got 2 pair at Kohl's and then loved the fit!), you may love the fit or be bewildered as to why 513s come in various fits! Not consistent in their sizing. I got 2 pair from Amazon, since I loved the one's I got at Kohl's and I couldn't get the Amazon pairs to go past my thighs!Also beware that those that have 2% Spandex will fit differently than the ones that are 100 percent Cotton. Just look at the label; though the labels for the Amazon ones are a bit erroneous. Otherwise, the 513 is way better fit than the 511's (which are way too slim and tapered). Thank goodness Amazon has a good return policy! You may have to try 513's at the store first if you are unsure about fit; as they truly are not consistent.

was expecting the items to be mfg in the county shown, but only 1/3 were. However, all fit the EXACT same, 0 variances that I could find, and I'm super particular. 4 stars because they were a little long for a 32, but can easily be tailored. I'm usually a 31 waist, but have to wash and dry the jeans for them to maintain the right fit. I went down to a 30 so that I shouldn't have to wash and machine dry... Good Thing too, this years models are much stretchier than the 2012s. Still a great Fit, tailor'd, skinny, but not Leggings Skinny, straight leg with a slight taper giving it good shape, and seats like a modern pant. Very True to Spec's.

These are my favorite jeans ever. The one feature I don't like is that if you wash them, the waxy coating on the outside comes off. This is why I've had to buy so many pairs of these jeans. I think they must be doing it on purpose.One thing to note is that these jeans don't come in a 29 length. This is a bit unfortunate as more than half of american males are under 5'9'', and I can't imagine me having the shortest legs of the bunch. A word to the wise: they are a tiny bit baggy where they meet the shoe, so if you're really looking for slim / skinny jeans you might want to give these a pass.

I LOVE THESE JEANS!! I purchased these Levi 513s Straight Fit Line 8 Jeans about 6 months ago. I consider myself to be very fashionable and I absolutely love these jeans. They are so comfortable and very stylish. What I love most about these jeans is that depending on the shoes you wear them with, they either look very casual or dressy. I have used these both when hanging out, going out, and at work. I have since bought two more pairs of this style jean and it is the only style I will buy for a while. I usually take forever picking a pair of jeans because I am very particular about the fit and length of jeans. Needless to say, I was nervous ordering these jeans off of here because I was afraid that they wouldn't fit well or feel right. However, I am very satisfied with these pants. Like other reviewers, I really like the little bit of stretch that is in the fabric. I don't like to wash my jeans too often because, in my opinion, it ruins the fit of the pants, but the elastic in the fabric helps keep the jeans comfy even after being washed and dried. I will definitely be ordering another pair of these levi's soon.

My husband went to a major dept. store fairly recently to look for sales on last season's clothing. He didn't find much but did get one pair of these jeans. He liked them and wanted other colors and was able to find his size at Amazon.com along with other color choices. Only downside is when I iron them and can't get them as smooth as I would like the light color shows the fact that they are not ironed perfectly and since my husband wears these to work I want him to look nice.

Mostly cotton but with 6% polyester and 2% spandex. These are really comfortable but also slightly larger than my 100% cotton 513s, mostly evident in the waist. In the future I'd consider sizing down one for any Levi's that contains spandex, but these still work well for me.The color is kind of like your normal dark-wash indigo that is an ever so slightly more saturated blue. Hard to tell unless in direct sunlight, but they're pretty cool.
