Very Sturdy, Almost too Much So
When I have bought files similar to this, they are rougher on one side and not so much on the other. They do have a rougher side, but the other side is fairly rough, also. So I will not order them again.

Files nails very well.
I do a lot of dyi projects and love working in my yard but my nails would get caught on something and become jagged. I would chew them down with my teeth, but when I had to get false teeth, I couldn’t do that any more. Sometimes my nails were pretty short, too short to use clippers bit these nail files work great. I don’t even use my nail clippers any more. Filing is much better.

Not sufficient cushion to protect nail bed
Product was delivered quickly but should have known the flat files were a little harsh on the sides of my nails. Cushioning is important for thin nails
