No clear product compatibility data
Terrible product info. No clear battery size or compatibility details. Seller refused return even when contacted same day. Overpriced and useless for my e-bike. Slow replies and no support. Rufus AI options and compatibility data were missing. I deeply regret this purchase. Avoid this seller at all costs.

30% less Capacity than OEM
The battery fits perfectly on my Magnum Low Rider ebike. But the capacity is 30% less than my manufacturer battery. I get on average 30% less mileage than on the OEM battery.

European Charger came with this battery to USA
Title is misrepresented, should not have time estimates in it. Battery is what it is but they send a European Battery Charger, completely useless here in the USA. Now I have to go out and buy a charger. Item is not in the USA, was sent from overseas.
