Lives up to expectations
These pad are well-made, and I would highly recommend. No rubbing, itching or feeling like it is squeezing you. They are very comfortable and stretchy. It is good for leaks but also for those with issues of incontinence who may not always make it on time to the restroom. It is able to hold a large capacity which helps avoid embarrassing moments. I personally also use it for menstrual days. It keeps me feeling dry and fresh.

Fantastic product.
AWESOME!!!Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have tried others and most failed. This one is so dependable.I am working with my Dr. but until I can get my bladder issues fixed this product has saved me from what could have been a few disasters. It fits great, it’s not bulgy at all, and can be trusted to do its job well. It’s embarrassing to admit I have a problem but if this helps even one person thats awesome. Minor leaks not a problem, major gushes can be handled as long as the pull-ups is not pulled up too high thinking that will work better, um NO it won’t. If worn like regular underwear (no one can tell you have it on) and you can trust it can do the job, you won’t be disappointed. I’m so impressed. Nothing leaks as you walk to change to a new one. There is no pee smell. I found out the hard way that this product is awesome, in a hard spot I knew I wasn’t going to make the restroom and a bladder that leaked with each step I was panicked then it happened pee just dropped I was ready to be devastated but so happy no one was the wiser because it did it’s job then didn’t fall apart while getting to a restroom. I keep a spare in a flat makeup bag in my purse for emergencies, no one knows it’s there. Helpful hint. I tuck a small trash bag in the make up bag (for disposal) with it. I don’t like stinky garbage pales. Don’t waste your time on those “made for diapers” pales, they’ll just prove disappointing and not worth the money. I learned with my grand babies diapers that if you roll them up and tuck the ends around them tight. Take a plastic bag (i get the cheap 2 gallon ones) and trop diaper into the bottom of one, get out the air, give the bag a good twist, fold the extra over that twist again and do it again if you like, tie a knot in the end and your can’s won’t get the nasty smell. Great for women suffering with dementia sleep through the night.
I am a full-time caregiver for my MIL who suffers from moderate-severe Alzheimer's disease and recently became incontinent. She was also recently placed on Lasix to manage fluid retention so were in a tough situation on how to handle nighttime accidents and still allow her to sleep comfortably. We have tried several products the Always brand has definitely worked the best for her. She has been able to sleep through the night without leaks or a significant amount of cleanup. She loves the pale pink color and soft texture of the briefs so helps prevent arguments around 'having to wear diapers'.

Just OK
These were softer than the Depends, but not as soft as the Tena. They fit like the Depends, which means they don’t fit like normal underwear. They also hold about the same as the Depends, but not as much as the Tena.

Fits well
Of the 4 brands I tried this was the best for me. Depend runs a little smaller & the leg tore. Prevail was good also. Depend required 3 a day compared to one a day of Always. Also Depend left me with a bleeding sore.

They're good/average
I feel like these are good/average as far as quality and fit. Honestly they aren't my favorite, but they aren't the worst by far! I feel that they are absorbent, and I appreciate that it's very clear which side is the front & back. I've seen some where it isn't as clear, and I didn't love the guessing game. The color is attractive, however the cut could have been better in the back, too avoid the "diaper butt" phenomenon that period panties tend to give when not cut generously in the rear. They can feel slightly bulky compared to some of the other comparable brands, but honestly still far better than store brand disposable underwear. The sizing is good. I got the XL and was worried that it would not fit well (5'5" 225 lbs but used to size charts doing me dirty lol) and to be honest I could have sized down. So it appears their chart is pretty accurate since u sized up slightly when going by my Jean size. I do appreciate that they sit high enough to not ride down. I was able to wear them over my hips, just under my belly button and they didn't slide down when I was walking. Overall they aren't bad. I just wish they were cut slightly more well for comfort and protection as well as aesthetic. Not my favorite but I would buy again if my preferred ones were not available or if there was a good sale.

Works !
Longer, thicker pad - built into panties. Controls odor & holds a lot of liquid ! Moisture wicking ! Comfortable -comes in beige & black. A little pricy.
