I'm in my early sixties and stay fairly fit with regular walking and cycling. However I've gained a few inches around my stomach and find it hard to lose weight so I thought I'd give this fitness apparatus a try.I've now been using this apparatus for about 3 months now mainly trying to lose a few inches around my stomach. There has been a noticeable difference with my stomach size and have had to tighten the belt on trousers which I am delighted with.I've only used the apparatus on strength 6 (the maximum being 18) but I find this powerful enough for now but this bodes well for future if I need to increase the settings.In summary I am delighted the apparatus, it performs well, is reliable and does the job it was intended for.

This is the 4th EMS Muscle Stimulator I’m tried and is the best one by far. Firstly there is more control with it being easy to adjust the settings and making sure I’m getting the stimulus I need. I’ve also let my other half use it too, so nice to have the variability of a 1-19 range to use. The pads stick perfectly and I haven’t need to replace any pads yet, and that’s been using for over a month which was beyond my expectations. Charging is quick and easy. Results have been great, I do lots of gym work as well so not using it on its own but results have been better than other stimulators. I’ve certainly got more definition since using it. Those who are dubious as to whether these work should give this product a try, it’s cheaper than alternatives but a better product.

This is a product that works of the principle off EMS training, meaning that in combination with a weight training and/or exercise program it will help you to build and tone muscle.It comes with everything you need as well as a brief set of instructions to help you get started. It is slightly smaller than the pictures have you believe but fits okay on me so no issues there. Also there are extra gel pads so that you already have replacements for when the ones already attached run outl and no longer adequately stick.It's easy to use and maintain so overall I'm very happy with the purchase I made and certainly for the price I paid it was good value for money.

I have tried a few different ab trainers and thought I would give this one a try given the promotional price - well, even at the reduced price, I was left feeling ripped off as the device went in the bin after just a couple of uses as it simply it’s fit for purpose.I hope others have a better experience, but this product isn’t for me!

It was easy to use but it didn't feel powerful. The gel patches only lasted once.

This product is really good as it had different modes and different intensities. I started of on the low modes and slowly went up and been using for a while and can see a difference on my body and so can other people

Ich habe die Beinpads zum Muskelaufbau des Oberschenkels nach einer Knieverletzung gekauft und angewendet. Wegen meiner Knieschmerzen habe ich mich kaum noch viel bewegt und einen Muskelabbau bekommen wodurch es noch schlimmer wurde. Seit mehreren Wochen benutze ich die Beinpads fast täglich ziemlich intensiv und habe bereits einen guten Fortschritt erzielt. Es geht schon schmerzfrei leichte Beinübungen im Fitnessstudio, die ich vorher nicht machen konnte. Also für meine Zwecke ideal und ich werde weiter damit trainieren.

Siempre he sido muy escéptica con este tipo de aparatos, pero después de una operación de pie que me obligó a dejar el ejercicio durante una temporada me atreví a probarlo.Me decidí por este en concreto por las buenas opiniones y puntuación que tenía, y realmente no me ha decepcionado.El funcionamiento es bastante simple, ya que únicamente hay que pegar el adhesivo de los electrodos a la parte del cuerpo que se desee ejercitar y ponerlo en funcionamiento. Lo mejor es, precisamente, que tiene varios modos de funcionamiento, por lo que se puede elegir el ritmo de estimulación y la velocidad.Además viene con adhesivos de repuesto, y la batería, que se carga por USB, dura muchas horas, por lo que en conjunto me parece una compra estupenda y muy recomendable.

Al primo sguardo non mi dava l’idea di essere un prodotto molto efficace, invece si è rivelato estremamente potente. Articolo bene confezionato è giunto entro i tempi previsti. Ho apprezzato il fatto che sia ricaricabile anziché a pile. Elettrodi di ricambio. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
