These gummies are amazing! After I turned 39 years old in march I've been having a lot of "mental" and "physical" issues. One of the reasons is because it also has Ashwagandha in it which also came highly recommended. I can't lie, I was a little skeptical at first, if the Magnesium and Ashwagandha will actually help. Almost 3 weeks later, I can honestly say that I haven't felt so good in a long time. I do still get my down moments, but nothing that I can't handle, compared to 2-3months ago. I feel lighter, more at ease, happier, and even my boss made a comment today about how he's seen a change in me, being more positive, less stressed etc. My sleep has also improved drastically. I'm a person that dreams every night (no good dreams), and I remember everything the next morning. Now, I can't even remember if i had a dream, let alone what is was about. I take 2 gummies @ lunch time, and have no problem falling asleep at night, but if you are a person sensitive to sleeping gummies, I would say take it before bed, maybe 1 or 2 hours before. I take it in the afternoon because I'm on a fasting schedule so I am unable to take it at night. All in all I can confidently say that the gummies do work, and I will definitely be purchasing these again.
