I am about three weeks in with this supplement. The jury is still out as I want to give this a few months to see how I really truly feel. That said, I'll leave this for you: I am fairly blown away at how much better I feel, how energized I am, how much better I am sleeping and how sharp I feel mentally. I have no current symptoms of being hypothyroid. Was diagnosed around 15 years ago - and since have been succumbed to the 'pill system' . It is very weird to me that when a patient has a thyroid issue they are not first tested to see what levels of iodine they have in their body - it is essential to our thyroids healthy function - without it, your thyroid can not do it's magic. I have read so much on being hypothyroid, I am sick to death of reading that you HAVE TO TAKE MEDS THE REST OF YOUR LIFE! How about we actually try to fix what the issue is instead of popping pills? In this day and age, we are using sea salt on everything...it has no iodine - trying not to eat processed foods - that have a TON of iodined up salt in it - yet, doctors simply say - 'Oh you surely have enough iodine in your system - so here, take this pill to mask your issues.' I know exactly how I feel when on meds vs off meds - I am very happy I tried this and am looking forward to a couple months from now to see if anything rears it's ugly head! I typically will get cold easily, sleep like crap - gain weight, lose hair, etc. I am losing weight and feel terrific!! I would never try to convince others to do the same - but in reading this review, you can make your own conclusions. Here's to better health, the old fashioned way!****Updated Review: I am now into my third bottle. Just one extra note, the cost of this is about what I was paying for Armour Thyroid for 90 days. But I actually feel better on this than I did on any medications. Nothing yet has reared its head regarding hypo symptoms. I have been mixing in an iodine pill mid day which really gives an extra boost in the day. My understanding is unused iodine releases through your urine, so not too concerned with too much. I have no side effects, and am not bothered if I take on an empty stomach vs eating something with it. I do like that I don't have to worry what I eat around the time I take it vs when you are on the pills...any food interaction can really change how the pills operate in your system. So far I am still a fan and thankful I have found something to take me off the pills! Give them a try - but for sure try for a few months, not just days/weeks. Your system needs to adjust.

Took a look at my recent blood work and it said I had a less than active thyroid. Looked up specifics and it said it can also affect my cholesterol which my new Doc is concerned about and wants me on Statins which I have side effects for but she still insists I should take then. NOT! Soooo, I looked up what could/might help a less than active thyroid and bought these to try. THE FIRST pills I have actually totally consumed that I've ordered for anything. I have lost 10 lbs, I feel more invigorated, get better sleep and my cholesterol is down. HUGE win-win for me. Will buy again!

Have been taking this for 3 weeks now and have noticed a few things that I believe can be attributed to the use of this product. My sleep is better and my thyroid related swelling has been noticeably less to the point where my family members have told me they can see a marked difference. My energy is somewhat better but I also do have a serious iron deficiency so it will be sometime before I will know if it is this or the iron that is helping.What I do know for sure was that my cycle was less heavy and was almost normal for the very first time in 4 years just 1 cycle into taking this. Yes, dysfunctional uterine bleeding is tied with thyroid. This is where I think this product has helped with the most. The other thing that seems to coincide with the use of this production is a HUGE decrease in hair loss. I am taking this along with Biotin and my hair loss is down about 80%! No joke. I went from clumps and clumps of lost hair to being able to run my fingers through my hair with just a couple of hairs in my hand. If this keeps up and my cycle and hair loss continue to improve, I will be a customer for life BUT...Since I have only taken it three weeks, I cannot say for certain whether the improvements are directly associated with this product and I don't think I will know for sure until I have given it at least another month. In the meantime, I will be keeping track of my symptoms, ordering another bottle and letting you all know how this is working for me in an update. So far, so good!Interim update: My energy level is definitely up and my swelling has decreased significantly. I am sleeping much better. I am seeing an improvement in my irritability and am feeling well enough to work out. I noticed that I was able to get through some high intensity classes without wiping out this week. In addition to the Thyroid support I am taking Biotin and just started taking dessicated liver. My overall impression is that the supplements are working together. My appetite has really decreased. I am seeing a reduction in cravings for dairy and carbs. I am almost done with my first bottle and the second bottle is on the way. I do not have a before picture of my foot but my swelling is down quite a bit. I'll update some more soon.Final Updates: Today is 11/9/16 and I am on my third bottle of TS. This is the real deal! It has made so much difference for me. I am absolutely losing weight and there has been a remarkable decrease in sugar cravings. I noticed that I am not ravenous. Everyone who sees me says that I look younger and I do because I am not so tired all the time. I am sleeping much better. My hair loss is still on the decline and it is beginning to grow again. I want to be that striking, energetic Latina with beautiful, strong hair that I knew I could be and this is getting me there.
